For established women’s health practitioners with a proven offer, but no reliable system creating demand.
You know you can help people.
Your clients get results. You care deeply about your work. You have plenty of knowledge and ideas.
But your marketing doesn’t quite reflect that yet.
Perhaps you’re posting without knowing whether it is leading anywhere.
Maybe you have several services, audiences or ideas competing for your attention.
You keep changing what you’re focusing on because nothing has been given enough time to work.
Or you’ve collected so much advice that you now have seventeen things you could be doing and absolutely no idea which one actually matters.
So you create another post. Tweak another page. Save another Reel about hooks.
And remain frustratingly unsure about how any of it is supposed to bring you clients.
“Before working with Kimberley I was feeling stuck and uncertain about how to move forward with my business and was overanalysing all my options… Less than a month later, I’d gone on to launch and sell out my first-ever online courses, with 12 people across two mastermind groups.”

Together, we strengthened Shanela’s positioning, content, messaging, Reels and conversion journey, turning Instagram into one of her main, consistent sources of client bookings.
Inside SPOTTED, you do the implementing. The strategic thinking behind it is the same.
We’ll turn everything we have learned into a focused plan you can continue using after our work ends.
“I was struggling with the branding and positioning for the business and Kimberley’s clarity, challenge and support has made a massive difference.”
Before working with me, this client was overthinking her launch, lacked confidence around selling and wasn’t clear on how to bring everything together.
During our VIP strategy day, we worked through her messaging, sales process and launch plan.
She went on to have her biggest launch at the time, enrolling 20 women into her new membership.
“Investing in the VIP day with Kimberley was the best thing I’ve ever bought myself. Nothing else comes close!”
I’ve worked in marketing for more than 15 years, but I’m not here to hand you a collection of fashionable tactics.
I’m here to help you see what is happening across your whole business, identify what actually matters and turn that into marketing you can use.
Your work can make a genuine difference to women’s lives. My job is to make sure more of the right people notice it.
I only work with a small number of clients at one time so I can give each business proper thought, attention and support.
The first step is a short application. If it looks as though I can help, we’ll arrange a call to talk about your business and whether working together makes sense.
No awkward sales performance. No pressure to decide while I stare at you on Zoom.
No. Instagram may be part of your strategy if your audience is there and it suits the way you want to market. We may also look at email, partnerships, networking, events, referrals, outreach, your website or offline marketing. The channel comes after the decision about who you need to reach and what you’re trying to accomplish.
No. A large audience is not particularly helpful if it is full of people who are unlikely to buy from you. We’ll focus on making your business clearer and more relevant to the right people, then creating more opportunities for those people to find and trust you.
Every business begins in a different place, so I won’t invent an exciting but meaningless promise about followers or engagement. At the beginning, we’ll agree what success needs to look like for your business. That may include enquiries, sales conversations, bookings, conversion rates or another measure closely connected to revenue.
You’ll need time to implement the decisions we make, but this isn’t about producing endless content. We’ll create a marketing rhythm that fits your actual capacity and prioritise the actions most likely to help you reach your goal.
That is fine if you already have expertise, understand the people you want to help and are ready to test your offer. If you’re still at the very beginning and don’t yet know what kind of business you want to create, Flourish may be a better first step.
This is a done-with-you partnership rather than a content management service. I’ll help develop the ideas, messaging, structure and system, and review the key pieces that matter most. You stay involved so you leave with a system you understand and can continue using.
